Mir wurde ein gebr. Artikel als "neu" verkauft!!
Fall: Bestellung von"Schwarzlicht-Fluter" .
Im Fluter bef. sich zum Glassplitter! (von einer def. Röhre!!??).
Das Gehäuse war zT verbogen. Die Fassungen d. Röhren waren def.. Reflektor war zerkratzt!?
X-Side behauptet sie versenden keine gebr. Artikel / ich solle den Fluter zu meinen Kosten zurück schicken.
Kein Retourschein - Nur Ausreden. Bleibe ich auf den Kosten sitzen!
Ich rate dringend von dieser Firma ab!!
